No warranty. The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Subscriptions. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies.

Apple. For iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
